About Santiago

I was born and raised in Medellín, Colombia and completed my dental education at CES University before working as a general dentist there. I moved to California in 2009 and graduated with my DDS from UCSF. I love going out and enjoying nature as much as possible. I enjoy riding my bike around town and also like to go to the wilder trails of California to go camping and mountain biking. I am an easygoing and unpretentious person. I love the diversity in San Francisco, which is one of my favorite cities in the world!

What are your dental beliefs?

I believe maintaining good oral health helps us stay healthy by being able to have proper nutrition and smile as much as we can.

Why do you love dentistry?

I love to help people maintain their oral health by providing excellent dental care and educate our patients to work in the prevention of diseases.

How do you stay happy? What do you love doing apart from dentistry?

Music keep me happy. I love going through record shop bins and finding those hidden gems to add to my record collection. I also love growing flowers and food. Being out in nature is a way to cope.
